• All commissions include fully rendered artwork with detailed coloring, shading, and final touches.• A simple background is included at no additional cost. This may include abstract designs, gradients, simple shapes, lighting effects, or minimal environmental elements.• Detailed backgrounds (such as landscapes, interiors, architecture, complex environments, or heavily rendered scenes) will require an additional fee based on complexity.• Additional characters are charged at +100% of the base commission price per additional character.• Complex character designs, intricate armor, detailed accessories, heavy patterns, or difficult poses may require an additional fee depending on the amount of work involved.• The final artwork will be delivered through email as a high-resolution file.• Please note that I am most confident drawing feminine characters and have limited experience with masculine characters and animals/pets. I am still happy to discuss these types of commissions, but results may vary depending on complexity and my comfort level with the subject matter.

> TERMS OF SERVICE <

• All communication regarding commissions must be conducted through Bluesky only.• The commissioner is responsible for covering all PayPal fees.• Full payment is required upfront before work on the commission begins.• I reserve the right to refuse or decline any commission request for any reason.• The commissioner is responsible for providing all necessary references, descriptions, and details for their commission. AI-generated images, AI-assisted references, or AI-created materials will not be accepted as reference material. Please provide original artwork, screenshots, written descriptions, or other non-AI references instead.• Commission timelines may vary depending on complexity, workload, and personal circumstances. I will provide updates when possible, but exact completion dates are not guaranteed unless previously agreed upon.• Commissioners may request revisions at any stage while the commission is actively being worked on at no additional cost. Please note that excessive revisions or major changes outside the original request may affect the completion timeline.• In the event that I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund as soon as possible.• Should the commissioner request to cancel, they may do so before the commission is started for a full refund, however, if the commission is started and they request a cancellation they will receive a partial refund dependent on the state of the artwork.• Rights to the completed artwork are shared between the commissioner and loth_one. The commissioner may use the artwork for personal use, but may not claim sole authorship, resell, redistribute, or alter the artwork without permission.• Under no circumstances may the artwork be reposted, shared, or used without proper credit to the artist. The artwork may not be used for AI training, AI generation, NFTs, commercial purposes, merchandise, or any other profit-related use unless explicitly discussed and agreed upon beforehand.• I retain the right to display completed commissions in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless the commissioner requests otherwise prior to completion.• By commissioning me, the commissioner confirms they have read and agreed to these terms before payment is made.
